Try another relative, teacher, counselor, nurse, coach, doctor, youth worker, librarian, friend’s parent you know well, or a specialist service above. Ask what they may be required to share before giving sensitive details.

If someone monitors your device

Use a safer device if possible. Quick exit replaces the current page with a weather search, but it cannot erase earlier browser history, downloads, messages, network records, or monitoring software.
